Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.
Please note that order processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery procedures.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost or stolen, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier inquiries or claims when appropriate. However, Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies LLC cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being transferred to the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to use a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
We take reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition before discarding any packaging materials.
For damaged shipments:
- Photograph the shipping box before opening it.
- Photograph the damaged product and internal packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and relevant details.
- Retain all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Our team may request additional photographs or information to evaluate the damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions

Please allow some time after shipment for tracking information to become active or update.

While we work with established shipping carriers, certain circumstances may affect delivery times.
