Research Use Agreement
Purpose
This Research Use Agreement governs the purchase and use of products sold by Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies. By purchasing, possessing, or using any product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Eligibility
You certify that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally authorized to purchase research products in your jurisdiction.
Research Use Only
All products are intended solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical treatment, therapeutic use, cosmetic application, diagnostic use, or any other unauthorized purpose.
Customer Certifications
By placing an order, you certify that you:
• Understand the products are for research purposes only.
• Possess the knowledge and training to safely handle research materials or will ensure they are handled only by qualified personnel.
• Will not use or allow the products to be used in humans or animals.
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing purchase, possession, storage, transport, and use.
• Will not resell products in violation of applicable laws.
Assumption of Risk
You assume all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, transportation, and use of the products after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies is not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized use, or failure to follow applicable laws or safety practices.
Right to Refuse Service
Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it believes the purchase may violate applicable laws, this Agreement, or company policies.
Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Research Use Agreement, as well as the company’s Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, and other applicable policies.
